Firmness Guide

The default firmness of all limited-color products in this store is medium.
When choosing color customization, the product link will provide the option of firmness.
(The choice of firmness depends on the model of toy you purchased. You can check the toy's product page to see if it supports this option.)

Nothosaur toys are available in three firmness-Soft, Medium, and Hard, to suit every taste and preference.
Choosing one of firmness means that the entire toy will be uniform firmness.

Soft (5 Firmness)

A softer, more flexible feel. It is exceptionally plush and elastic, compressing with ease to provide a gentle, wrap-around sensation. Slimmer shapes in this firmness may not always stand upright, making it ideal for those who prefer a soft, forgiving texture.

Medium (7 Firmness)

A balanced feel between soft and firm. It holds its shape better while still keeping some flexibility. While most models remain stable and upright, some top-heavy designs may still show a bit of flex.

Hard (9 Firmness)

The most structured option in the Nothosaur lineup, without feeling overly firm. It keeps its shape more consistently and returns to form quickly, while still maintaining a bit of flexibility for comfort. Stable and supportive.

Note:

The larger the size of the toy, the harder it is to show its firmness. A tiny toy will always feel softer than a larger one for the same firmness. Vice versa, the smaller the size of the toy, the softer it will feel.
To a large extent, which firmness is most comfortable for you depends on your preference.
Also, The toys are stretchy. They can be bent in any direction. Even in HARD firmness, it's possible to bend the tip touches the bottom of the base!

※Some toys cannot customize firmness due to their shape. (Example: GRAEMEN, NICOS, MATHAYUS, etc.)

We aren’t able to create toys with firmness splits in odd locations (like the head of a toy being Soft, the shaft being Hard, and the base being Medium) due to manufacturing limitations. We also aren’t able to “fade” or transition from one firmness to another (a Soft shaft transitioning gradually to a Hard base), or “core” toys with a Soft outer layer and Hard inner core. 

※Please be aware that due to the natural variability in density from one batch of silicone to the next, we cannot guarantee the exact firmness of any pour. But we will always try our best to match your desired firmness as close as possible.
