TRACKING
Want to know where your order/parcel is currently? Please visit the 17Track website and enter your tracking number to check.
The tracking number is usually provided in the shipment confirmation email.

The process your order may go through?
Processing - We've received your order and are verifying the details. It's not in production yet.
Production Queue – We have confirmed your order. Your order is in the customization queue and will soon be put into production.
At this time, you may not be allowed to make any changes to the details of the toy. If you have specific concerns or requests, it's advisable to reach out to the relevant customer service.
On Hold – We’ve noticed something odd about your order, and have contacted you to confirm some details. Please check your email! If you haven't received our email, please check your spam, as it might be there.
Picking and Awaiting Dispatch - Your order is confirmed, , and production is complete. Items are now being picked and packed for shipment.
During normal periods, All toys may take around 2-4 days to produce (though many come sooner or slightly late).
For periods of high demand(Festival or Black Friday), you can expect this period to be extended while we work through everyone’s products.
