Chapter IV: The Midnight Feast
The Midnight Feast
After leaving the forest, you follow a rocky path deeper into the Mainland. Word has been going around that Enna is hosting a Halloween party at the castle tonight, and apparently, there are quite a few new faces this year.
Night falls quickly. The castle looms ahead in the darkness, with jack-o'-lanterns lining both sides of the path. Just as you reach the castle grounds, you spot NaNa and Plugkin hiding behind some bushes. NaNa is crouching down, clearly thinking no one can see them, but that big tail keeps wagging and giving them away.
"Hey, quit staring! The show's about to start." A voice suddenly... making you jump. You quickly look away and head inside. The hallway stretches on, with music coming from somewhere deeper in the castle. In the main hall, a makeshift stage stands in the center. Five strange-looking characters are lined up on a black-and-white checkered floor, with purple spotlights sweeping over them. Meanwhile, an ice cream machine in the corner keeps beeping away.
Suddenly, Ignis the Boss turns his head onstage and stares straight at you, like a security camera locking onto its target. Before you can look away, he's already making his way toward you, wearing a vampire cape and carrying a pumpkin bucket full of candy...
"New here? Gotcha!" Grabs a handful of candy from his bucket and drops it into your hands. Then he follows your gaze toward the stage.
"See something you like?" Just then, every light in the hall goes out. Even the ice cream machine stops beeping. An eerie laugh echoes from the stage.
And right beside your ear, you hear the whisper."Let the party begin."

Chapter III: The Great Hunt
Saddle Up for the Great Hunt
Leaving the Brooke Grassland, you push deeper into the mainland. The cheers of summer fade away as the wind rustles through the yellowing grass, carrying a crisp hint of autumn in the air.
More and more adventurers are lingering along the roadside, all hunting for something. Some crouch in the grass to inspect fresh tracks that still hold a trace of warmth, some point out massive, fleeting shadows in the distance, and others huddle over maps, buzzing over the newly spotted symbiotes, Veylor and Conola.
"How does Veylor even manage to stay glued to Conola like that?" The question always sparks a round of knowing smirks. And then there's Lolly...with that glossy, hyper-flexible hide that practically makes your mouth water just looking at it. Talk about the equine creature is getting dirtier and louder around the campfires.
You keep moving forward. The tracks on the ground grow heavier and more intense, thick with the scent of crushed grass, leather, and raw, musky heat. Flattened brush, scattered leaves, and giant footprints lead straight into the wild.
A sharp, heavy panting echoes from the tree line. You spot Ignis the boss buttoning up his gear, adjusting his setup just off the path... And you? Feeling a little dry in the throat yet?

Days later, the trail across the mainland turns wild.
Stretching from the plains to the edge of the forest, the air is thick with pheromones. More adventurers join the chase...some trying to make sense of the slick, heavy traces left behind, others locked onto a target, itching to grab hold of that massive, heavy weight and take it home.
Ignis the Boss slows his pace, catching a sudden sound deep in the woods...
"Mfffhh!! MMMMMHH!! Ahh——"
A massive shadow bursts through the trees, kicking up leaves and dust in a rush of heavy, heated pleasure. You look over to find Lykos recovering from a rough, breathless mating session in the shade, his heavy tail still twitching as the heat hangs thick in the air.
The surrounding adventurers breathe a little heavier, leaning in close, desperate to catch a glimpse of whatever else is hidden in the brush.
"Alright, alright, let 'em catch their breath... Time for us to bag our own prizes."

Summer sunlight sets Brooke Grassland ablaze. Waves of grass rolled, and the sky stretched endlessly.
As soon as you step onto Brooke Grassland, you hear cheers and footsteps coming from the distance. Closer and louder.
You stand on tiptoe to see better. It's not just adventurers. The creatures, travelers, and companions across the entire grassland, everyone is running.
Some wave flags.
Some roll on the grass.
People are chasing, hugging, and celebrating with one another.
The whole Nothosaur Mainland is running. Before you can even react, a football suddenly flies in from afar.
"Catch! Catch!" You instinctively stretch out your foot to block it. The next second, cheers erupt all around.
Looking around, a large crowd has gathered on the football pitch in the middle of the grassland. They are passing the ball to one another; someone wearing a rainbow flag laughs as they charge toward the goal.
There seems to be no rules to this game. Or maybe…here, rules were never needed. The ball can be passed to anyone. And the cheering belongs to everyone. You can’t even tell whether this is a game, a celebration, or some kind of grand festival.
Look over there, the Boss Dragon races across the pitch. He passes the ball while whipping the grass with his tail, kicking up waves of heat. Seeing you, he lifts his chin. “Don’t just stand there.”
A football is kicked straight to your feet.
“Come join us.”
The wind sweeps across the whole of Brooke Grassland as rainbow flags flutter in the air. Laughter, running, and cheers interweave.
Here, nobody needs to hide who they are.

Enna is perched at the top of a massive wooden slide.

A fallen ancient tree, worn smooth and gleaming over time, has become a natural slide.
Enna gently swings their legs, watching the newcomers below.
One by one, fresh adventurers emerge from the stone circle.
Some glance around nervously.
Some dash forward, excitement in their steps.
Others are already climbing up the slide, unable to wait.
Enna lets out a soft laugh.
“Looks like it’s going to be lively this year.”
Their gaze drifts to a spot not far away—
where several strange “eggs” rest quietly.
Smooth. Faintly gleaming.
As if they were only just hidden there.

In the next instant, someone bolts forward.
Laughter, footsteps, shouts—everything bursts to life at once.
